Blank Page When Creating Issue/ Commenting
One of our remote users are having trouble with the application, they are getting blank pages when trying to create an issue, or create a comment. Any thoughts as to why this is happening? How can I change what type of text box editor is used?
Thanks

You can change the type of editor via the administration -> Issue General. |

when adding comments with the FreeTextBox control, users get this error: Server Error in '/Gemini2' Application.A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client (ctl0MainrtcCommentftbTextBox="<div align="left">Ca...").Description: Request Validation has detected a potentially dangerous client input value, and processing of the request has been aborted. This value may indicate an attempt to compromise the security of your application, such as a cross-site scripting attack. You can disable request validation by setting validateRequest=false in the Page directive or in the configuration section. However, it is strongly recommended that your application explicitly check all inputs in this case.Exception Details: System.Web.HttpRequestValidationException: A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client (ctl0MainrtcCommentftbTextBox="<div align="left">Ca..."). |

Put it back to RAD editor and this (somehow) stopped the end user getting a blank page, so for now all seems to be ok. |

The user got the blank page again when they tried to add a comment. We asked them to view the source and it appeared that it was blank with a comment. |

Can you please confirm browser and version (IE 7, FireFox etc..)? Also, aks the users to check if they get a javascript error? Does it happen to one user only? |

RAD editor control is the problem. I tried to switch it to Text Box and that solves the problem. What is actually RAD Editor Control? What is it require the computer to have? Java? |
