scheduler has problem of memory leak

the only solution is restart the scheduler !!!

In this moment, the scheduler use 640MB of RAM and not send emails.

The gemini_issuealerts is full of emails.

The only resolution is restart the scheduler.

No errors anywhere !!!

It is normal that scheduler uses lot of RAM ?

In this moment, the scheduler process uses 334MB of RAM !!!

We are aware of a memory problem with the scheduler and are testing a new BETA verion of it, which should be out next week.

The traffic of 60000 issues and 500 users is not profilable.

Can you please try watching an issue, update it and see if you get alerts?

Also, did you restart the scheduler service? does the error come up again and all the time (every 5 minutes or so)?

In my "profile", I have checked "email me my changes".
Project: RST
I have all unchecked in the "email alerts" for the RST project.
Issue 49079
I'm watcher for the 49079 issue.
I have modified a comment.
I have not received email.

Yes, every 4h.

No, is random. For example, today no errors for scheduler in "application events" are present, but my co-workers has received blank emails.

Can you tell what is the issue id that sends a blank email? If so, can you check if the issue has comments, attachments etc...?

In the blank email the issueid is not present.

For your diagnose, in ftp://ftp.dylog.it/Countersoft/MailTemplates/ I've copied the our mailtemplates of scheduler.
