Project Homepage Statistics

When viewing the homepage under an account which does NOT have the viewprivateissues permission, the statistics include the issues which are set as private. When they click on the link to see all 10 show stoppers, they only see 2 (as an example) issues there which are the public ones.

This is concerning for both customers and us, as we don't want them to see the private issues, nor their inclusion in the statistics. Is there a way to resolve this, or can it be put into the next release?

There is not "out of the box" solution for this.

You can change geminigetprojectsummary and geminigetstats stored procedures to return count for public issues only.

any plans to make a more permanent solution? The statistics should mirror what the user can see? or at least have an option to restrict their view to public issue statistics
