v5.1: can't update Configuration - Options
I tried to update the Options (e.g. Administrator's email address), hit save button, it didn't save the change at all. I also tried to change the Welcome Message, hit Save button, nothing is saved either. Why is that?

Hi Mark, I've copied the code from 5.1.1 web app folder over and it's showing i am using version 5.1.1.3564 but I am seeing the same problem still. No log in System Log his time. |

It might be because you have not filled in a field, do you see a field marked in red with a border after clicking save? |

I modified text in Welcome message. I modified the email address, everything else I left as is. Don't see any field marked in red with a border after clicking save. Only one field left empty is the Work Hour field which has been empty ever since. |
