Visibility schemes not apply on some fields

  • custom fields
  • severity

is not apply correctly.

Thank you for reporting this.

We fixed the severity issue. However, we can not reproduce the custom field one.

yes, I confirm this issue

user1 add to external user, everyone and everyone auth global group
user2 add to managers, everyone and everyone auth global group

customfield1 add to project1

fieldvisibility1 add to bug type create,edit and view

customfield1 of fieldvisibility1 add to managers global group

w/ user2 I've create issue1 on project1 of bug type and w/ everyone visibility

w/ user1 I see customfield1

Run DB patch and then reinstall webapp. 

Report back on custom field visibility, visibility scheme time out issue.

OK, for custom fields visibility (new db and patched with 3.0.1).
Not OK, for severity visibility: is always visible (new db and patched with 3.0.1).
Not OK, for request timeout on edit of visibility scheme (migrated db and patched with 3.0.1).

For severity visiblity, do you click save at the bottom of the page?

Which group did you assign it the visiblity to? or did you turn it off?

Yes, I've clicked save at the bottom of the page of field visibility scheme edit form.

Field Severitiy visibility on selected groups:
Developers
Gemini Administrators
Managers
Support Team
Testers

The field visibility scheme is a view scheme for the "bug" issue type.

ExternalUsers group is a Portal Mode Group.

ExternalUsers group is assigned to "View Project" role of security scheme.

My user is assigned to ExternalUsers group but see the severity field !!!

When you say the user can see the field, wheer exactly?
