Report on Issues created and Issues closed???

My manager asked me to provide a report of all tikcets created last week and all tickets closed last week. Is there already a report available in Gemini for this? If not, can you tell me what query I can use to get this? I will also need to be able to split out the closed issue report, based on who closed it (by group or team if possible).

Simply use the filter the create the report. Do one for created and one for closed. 4.1 has a trend report as well that will show the closed vs opened rate.

I don't see on the filter the option to choose a date range for closed. I am still using version 3.7.1. The only options there are on created, revised, start date and due date. I also don't see how I can report on who closed the ticket. (I've created a query as well to get this data, but I can't find where in the db Gemini stores the closer of the ticket. I've found the reporter.) Is this possible?

What's the name of the Trend report in version 4.1. I've installed this in our test platform and looking for that report.

The closed and resolved filters have been added to 4+. The rend report is called "Activity Trend"
