v3.7.2: can't see components, resources, etc on the project home page

web-app

I have a user who is added in Issue Administrator group.
She is using Firefox 3.6 and IE 7
On her Firefox, she can log in to the Gemini, see the project, clicked on the Project, got in the project home page where the list of components, resources, etc are shown.
She can only see the menu on the left "Project Summary, roadmap, changelog, ...reports"
Right next to the menu, it shows "Open Issues By" .......and below it is a blank white space.
The top bar (Gemini Comercial License ...), second bar (Home, Create Issue ...), third bar (Projects, Create Issue, Issues, Email Alerts, ...), Project Lead bar ......all shown up on the screen.

Clicking on Road Map, she sees nothing but the word "* My work", below it is blank.

She can view the issue and read its comments by entering the issue # in the Search box.

Clicking on Create Issue, she can only see:
Project
Project Type
Project Title
Project Description
Attachment

Nothing else

please help

Not sure I follow. Does she get different views when in firefox and IE?
Or are they the same but she doesn't see the issues?

IE, she can only see blank page when clicking on view project home page

Firefox:

She can type in the issue #, hit search button, view issue description and comments fine. No problem.

Here is the problem (no components, no resources, roadmap shows nothing):

Clicking on Create Issue, she doesn't see enough fields, just Issue Title, Issue Type, Issue Description, and Attachment

Seems like she might no be part of the same groups as other users.
What are the group she is assigned to?
Check if the security scheme has the "only view own issues" permission set to her.

What group does she belong to (global and project) and what are your user's groups?

She is belonging to the project groups called "Resources" and "Issue Administrator"
But she is not in the "Everyone" and "Everyone (authenticated)" group. <-- that is the main cause.
I don't know why.  What i did was, I copied the current Gemini db (3.1.0) and restored it to a different (dedicated sql server), upgraded it to 3.7.2, installed the 3.7.2 Gemini web on a separated/dedicated IIS server.  So, all the users got carried over from the 3.1.0 gemini correctly.  They are all in the "Everyone" and "Everyone (authenticated)" groups.  She has no problem accessing the 3.1.0 Gemini (on her same machine), I went back and looked at her account on 3.1.0 Gemini and she is in the "Everyone" and "Everyone (authenticated)" groups.

I've learned something new to check today :)  issue resolved
