v3.1: Can't enter attributes for selected Version

When I clicked on Project Administrator -> Version -> Attributes (of existing version), there is a pop up window (i believe it is for you to enter the attributes of selected version), but then it disappears immediately after that.

Is that a bug?

Tried with Firefox 3.0.5 and IE 7.0

We can not seem to replicate it on our live site (3.1 as well) using IE7.

Can you please check the error log?

Did you actually define any version attributes (Project Admin -> Version Attributes)?

I can't because it popped up and disappeared unless there  is another way to define attribute for version

You have do define version attributes first. Go to the version attributes (under project admin) page and define one. After that it should work as expected.
