v3.1.0: Can't type in comment box

web-app

I clicked on "comment" link to add the comment to the issue.  It takes a while for the comment page to pop up.  However, I cannot type in anything in the comment box.  Why is that? Does it need Java install or something?

No error, and did not change anything.
The whole comment page pops up with everything normally.  Just that can't type in the comment box

You need to add your Gemini site to the trusted sites.

Click on the internet icon (bottom right of IE) and click on trusted sites (tick icon), click on sites and add.

So, is it required everyone to have the gemini URL to added in the "trusted site"?

BTW, adding the Gemini URL to the "trusted site" solved the problem.

Seems like it with your setup. We do not have many users who use it with win 2003 server as the client.

Our clients have very strict security.  They are having this problem and are not allowed to enter our gemini site to their trusted site.  Is there any other way we can solve this problem?  They are using window XP.

Try stripping down the tools used by the editor by editing the editor tools file (under Controls\RAD folder).

See: http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/sharepoint-2003/editor/browser-error-when-loading-editor.aspx

We will raise this with telerik as well!
