"All Issues" link caused the browsers hang on IE7 and Firefox3
Gemini 3.1.0:
One of our government clients has problem accessing Gemini. When they clicked on "All Issues" link. The page simply hung. They found out that Gemini using Telerick controls which uses small Javascript files. One of those JavaScript files - in their logs, it looks like the first one on the page - does not have a recognized end of file marker. Their firewall does not let the file with lacking end file marker to go through.
Is this something Countersoft aware of? Can we have some kind of patch to fix this error?

We can raise this issue with Telerik. Can you give us the name of the file in question? Assuming it is served from disk, maybe you can open up in Notepad and simply re-save the file? |

I don't think the firewall tampering the file. As report, the firewall checks the file and sees "Lacking the end of file marker" and because of that the file didn't pass the firewall |

Unfortunately, no. We can not reproduce this and so do Telerik. As it is only happening on a certain client, it points to a firewall or similar issue. |
