v3.1.0: Duplicated issue statuses show up on the drop down list when "adding comment"

When I added a comment to the issue, Issue Status shows up, i clicked on the drop down box and it shows up each status 2 times.  How can i solve this problem?

Please check your issue workflow setting (administration page).

I checked and there is only one Default Workflow, which lists each status only once

I created another workflow scheme just for testing to see if it makes any difference.  I assign the new workflow scheme to the TEST project.  When I add comment to the existing issue in TEST project, the Issue Status drop down list is grayed out. [8-)]

Make sue you have permissions to update progress and that your workflow allows you to move from this status.

I have Gemini Administrator role.  I can do everything and i have been setting up everything from the beginning.

It only shows up like that for one specific issue.  The rest of the existing issues in different components under the same project don't have this problem.

Does this issues have the same status as the one that you can not change?

Thanks for the question! Now I went to check all the "assigned" status issues (including the ones in different projects), they all have the same problem (when click edit, only "assigned" and "undressed" which shows up twice in the drop down list).  Any issues with other statuses (such as Acknowledged or In Progress) don't have this problem, their status drop down menu shows all available statuses that I expect to see.

NOTE: all projects are using the same default workflow scheme

Please check that your workflow allows assigned to move to other statuses.

I opened the "issue workflow" on administration page and clicked "edit" on the assigned status.  It shows me this, i am not sure I understand the arrow means.   Here the screenshot of it:

We have confidential information on Gemini for our clients. I don't think we are allowed to send the whole database to anyone.

You can strip down all the sensative data (restore the database to a different location and update the data).

Is it something that you can do?

I solved the problem [:D]  I didn't know we have to go into each and every workflow status to edit/check it so that they we don't have limited "process" like if you are in "Assigned" status, the next status you can only change to is "unassigned" or "unadressed" (something like that).

All these workflow status "outgoing transitions" settings here created all the problems that I encountered:  [6] [8-|]

1) duplicated "unaddressed" shows on status drop down list of "assigned" issue.  See above screenshot in my above reply.
2) Some issue with "in progress" status shows all and every available status in drop down menu twice (only when we click on adding the comment link to that issue).

Basically I had to go to edit every single workflow status, select everything in "outgoing transitions" box.
