Add resources to existing projects
I seem cannot find a place to add users as resources to existing projects on Gemini 3.0.4
Can anyone please tell me where I can find it? I assume there is still such feature in this new version of Gemini
Thanks,
Kim

This is now a security permission. You set it in the scheme for the project. |

then what can i do with the existing list of Resources in the project (next to the Component column)? It seems like that list either can be delete but not add more in. If the program managers want to know the available resources of his/her project so that he/she can assign the issue to, looking at that Resources list does not give him/her enough information. |

Supposedly, it should show no issue according to the list. |

This is the first time we've seen this. Seems like a setup / upgrdae issue. You can see our own Gemini: http://gemini.countersoft.com/default.aspx?GEM works as expected. Is it possible to send us you DB?

i don't think we are allowed to. How about I setup a webex session and invite you, then we can work together with you access to my machine? |

I figured out why it displayed ALL unscheduled issues when I clicked on ixtdevteam even though it listed that ixtdevteam has 4 issues assigned to it.

You need to start typing in the user box and then open the box. The problems you have are because the users are not set to be project resources. |

as you can see, it is listed as RESOURCES in the list (look at my first screenshot) with issues assigned to it. During the migration, i don't know what went wrong but i got no error executing the scripts a. Upgrade_v2-1.sql b. Upgrade_v2-2.sql c. Create_tables.sql d. Create_view.sql e. Create_procs.sql f. Upgrade_v3-0-step1.sql g. Upgrade_v3-0-step2.sql |

The first screenshot is from users assigned to issues not project resources neccesarly. After the migration you have to look at the security scheme and groups. We always suggest to start from scratch. |
