Bio: | I have 2 teams of consultants. I want to know that if Gemini could be configured to create tickets from EMAIL. i.e. End users send email to itsupport1@gmail.com, then a ticket would be created in a project1 . End users will be notified for the acknowledgement. Similarly, itsupport2@gmail.com will be mapped to Project2. |
