Gemini 5.1.5 Attachment Disappeared after Edit in Custom Field

Hello,

I have created 3 Custom Fields for uploading Attachment. When I edit the item status (clicking the edit icon with a pen), The edit screen popes out.

However, all uploaded attachments would be gone, need to re-upload every attachment in custom fields again when I change anything on an item using the edit screen.

User-rights have been popularly set.

I think this should be a big bug in 5.1.5
