I updated from 2.0.2 to 2.0.3 and got this error.

Server Application Unavailable

The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable.  Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request.

Administrator Note: An error message detailing the cause of this specific request failure can be found in the application event log of the web server. Please review this log entry to discover what caused this error to occur.

I looked in Control Panel > Event Viewer and did not see anything related to this.

Please try and reboot your server. There seems to be a problem with .NET.

Do you have any other .NET web apps running on the server?

Reboot did not help and yes I have other .net running on the server.

Do you get any errors in the errorlog table (Gemini database)?

No erorr log for yesterday when I updated to 2.0.3.

Check the web.config file you have againsta fresh copy of 2.0.3 -- something may be missing.
