Internal messages in issue have to be invisible for the customer
Hello frieds!
Could you say me if it is possible to hide 'internal' messages within the single issue?
For example we have a request from cutomer to fix the bug posted as a new issue. After that there are 10+ internal messages (internal inverstigation, discussings between our stuff and so on on the subject of the issue) within the same issue, which have to be invivsible for the customer, and one more message with a our decision which have to be visible for the customer.
How the implement the scenario?
