The trouble ticket is where the customers putting all the support request, some of it need to be put in Gemini as it require developing time.

Why not use Gemini for support requests as well?

You can setup a project to use a certain security scheme, make all the customers part of one gloabl group and set it up as "Portal Mode".

30,000 costomers and every day about 100 more ???!!!

It is all set up on the Ticket system so costumer will not need to login, also it is for external costomers and Gemini is only for Internal use.

The Ticket system is used by the Helpdesk team and only small proportion of the Helpdesk (Ticket system) need to be log into Gemini.

I will have a look at the API and see if I can do something, is there any sample in VB for the API Hooks?

We have a sample in C# , but not in VB. However, if you are referring to VB.NET then it will be quite easy to look at the C# and convert to VB.NET.

Thanks, will give it a try.

Yes VB.NET!

The Ticket system do not use database it use flat files to store the tickets and an index flat file.

Its all in  Perl.

Will give it a go and will come back to report.

Thanks,

Tal.
