I am in the Issue filter view and I have a long list of filters.

I wanted to Export to Excel so hit the excel link.

Although it launched a separate page in excel format it contained XML info as shown below (partical extract only) not any data.

Are there some pre-requisites on the server that need to be in place. Could not see a prevuious log or not in the documentation.
