All Project Issues not Displayed
When I click "All projects issue
reporting" at the top of the home page the list that is generated is
incomplete. It only contains issues with an issue ID that begins with
A-O. There are no issues displayed with an issue ID beginning with
P-Z. I have tried updating the filters extensively and I get the same
result. I can even uncheck the box labeled "Exclude Closed Issues" and
I only get A-O.
When I click on the "My Work" or "My Watched Issues" reports I get all the issues.
I am running Gemini 2.1.0.2100

Upgraded to latest version (2.1.1). Did some more testing and found
that there appears to be a finite limit of projects that can be
displayed on the "All Issues" list. If I select "All Projects" for the
filter only issues from projects that being with A-) are displayed.
However if I go in and manually select project s P-Z, they are
displayed. It seems that there is a limit to the number of projects
that can be displayed on the "All Project Issues" report. Can this be
fixed ASAP? |

Gemini 2.2 live site http://gemini.countersoft.com/Issues.aspx?PROJID=-2&m=1 shows TST-xxxx issues in the "All projects..." list. Does that mean the answer is "Yes" ? |

It's hard to believe... I've just run a quick set of tests in 2.1.1 creating issues with different prefixes. All the issues with the prefixes through SIDB were picked by "All projects..." But the one with STCM prefix was not ?.... I started chasing the problem about a week ago from missing STE-xxxx issues in the "All projects...". It looks like somewhere between SI* and ST* there is a boundary for including issues. |

We believe the problem was fixed in 2.2. However, if people are experiencing similar/same filtering problems, then we would bbe happy to accept your Gemini SQL database so we can test and find the problem. Those of you wishing to send us your Gemini SQL database, should contact Support.
