How property delete/deactivate users?

As the users leave the company/move to other departments, I'd like to remove them from Gemini. I don't want to destroy the history (still important to know, which user has completed which issue), but I don't want to see such users in security schemes, resource lists for projects, and I definitely want to prohibit, that such a user can log in into Gemini.

What is an approtiate way to do it currently in Gemini?

There is no "out of the box" way to deactivate users. This will be done in 2.1.

However, you could change the user name & password so they can no longer log in and then remove them from project resource.

I brought this up previously (ealry 2006) - we use integrated security, so changing the password was not enough. We removed them as project resources and changed their security access on all projects to 'No Access'.
