Can I report the history of my own activity?

On a regular basis, I would like to view all issues that I have worked, even ones on which I am no longer the assignee. Basically, I would like to view the issuehistory table. We use the integrated security model if that matters. Is this possible in the current or a near term release?

Can you tell me if its planned, or is it something that needs to be requested? I remember seeing a new feature regarding weekly reporting, but I cannot remember if it reported all of 'my' activity.  Thx.
