I've tried porting over my key from 2.0.2 but its not recognized in 2.1.1.

Do I required a new key ?

We have sent the new keys for 2.1 to all customers late last month. We have used the email address that is in the web.config - RegisteredTo.

That is the correct email address however I didnt receive an email. It's possible our spam server caught it. If you could send it again, I will watch out for it.
