Licence Issue - Asking to "aquire licence"

I have a communiy project free licence, and says "Free Licence" on the log in Page, yet when actually logged in, it asks to "Please Aquire Licence" by the version number, top left of the screen. Why?

Did you enter the email address in the registered to setting?

yes, there is an email and the code. Is there a way i can check with yourselves what the details are? (clearly don't want to publish them in a public forum)

I'm also getting the same "Please Acquire License" that the origional poster is getting and I also had the free version, though we may be going to the licensed one in the very near future. What is the cause of this problem? I know that the license information that I was sent was entered correctly and the issue just started this morning.

If you are using the FREE version and have more than 10 users this will show up as you are violating the license.
