Not getting email alerts Gemini v5.1.2.3579

I have set all the Breeze settings in Gemini and also got test email however still not got email alerts on the changes of update action on task please let me know the solution

Did you set yourself as follower for ther task or subscribe to alerts for a card that contains the task?

I did it for the item and made changes in item like update comments and for one i change the resolution but still not getting emial alerts what can be the possible issue

Did you setup SMTP? Also, is alerts set to instant or batched?
