dialogue "Add Time Log": resizing not possible

When adding a time log to an item, the "Comment" text box offers enlargement in its lower right corner (which would be really helpful sometimes), but the modal dialogue as a whole not, so enlarging the text box's real estate is not possible. Gemini v5.1.2.3579, Firefox 16.0.2
