Unable to set "Can Set Project Default Values". Menu is off the foot of screen.

Set the browser scroll bar at its lowest position. Set the permissions scroll bar at its lowest position. Click in field "Can Set Project Default Values".

The lowest values in the dropdown menu are off the screen.

Am I doing something wrong?
