Breeze - followers

emails
breeze

We would like to manage external followers in the tasks created by Breeze. Right now the sender get only task confirmation, but later, when task is commented, or status chaged sender get nothing. In other situation the task is created by operator when customer calls. We would like to assign external e-mail address as followers.

5.1.2 is out, there is new item in Breeze menu, reply from. Can you help with new settings ?

I have two situation: New task came from customer (not gemini user). The customer get automatic answer with task nr. (it works). I would like to inform customer when task status is changed, if I send public comment (comments for internal group will be not send), also resource change is not send.

New task is reported by phone. Operator will record new task to gemini, I would like assign customer e-mail to inform customer about task changes (like in first situation).

The reply from allows you to define extra email addresses to reply from to the customer. Make sure you enable the "Reply" field in the view screen (Csutomize -> Process). When we detect that an item was created by Breeze we will show the reply section to allow you to communicate with the customer.

To report tasks via phone, make sure you show the source field in the create screen that way you can fill in the customer's email address and reply to the customer.

Hi, I tried the settings above. Here is results:

When I create new task in gemini web ui and fill source filed with valid e-mail address and then I try to send reply by reply modul I get send failed. In system log is: "The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or a non-white space character among the padding characters. Breeze Reply"

When I create new task by breeze send to (gemini@ourdomain.com) I get auto-response to my source mail (that's Ok), but the auto-response is also send to gemini@ourdomain.com and this cause autocomment this new task by auto-reponse message. Is it bug or function ?

We have tested all of this and cannot reproduce it. Can you send the full error log?

As for the reply being sent to gemini@ourdomain.com, do you have a user in Gemini with that email? If so check that they do not set to receive alerts.

"The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or a non-white space character among the padding characters. Breeze Reply" is full log entry. Nothing else. I can send you full URL and login info for test on our server. But I will not send this information for public. Is the support@countersoft.com safe for this private information?

Yes, we have gemini user for scheduler (stream service) with this e-mail, but I don't know where "check that they do not set to receive alerts"

Do you only get the error when you add the source manually? Is the source set to a valid email?

Yes, Yes. The address is same test e-mail which I use for creating new task via Breeze. I can comment task created by Breeze and I get e-mail answer from gemini. I tried also copy source from existing viaBreeze task and copy into source filed in new task a get the same error. Also tried both combination: email@server.com and Display name |email@server.com (this is notation used is source filed from Breeze. Both give me same error.

First question was fixed. There is still this: Q:As for the reply being sent to gemini@ourdomain.com, do you have a user in Gemini with that email? If so check that they do not set to receive alerts. R: Yes, we have gemini user for scheduler (stream service) with this e-mail, but I don't know where "check that they do not set to receive alerts" ?

ANSWER

Log in as that user. Otherwise change the email address of that user.
