Licensed User Error Message

Hi,

I have recently upgraded to Gemini 5, retrieved my license and Gemini says I'm licensed for Sentry with 9999 seats. However, when I go to the "People" section of the Configuration and then look at the Users section, it gives me the error message "No more than three users permitted with this license".

Does that mean I won't be able to have more than 3 users logged in at the time or is it possibly meaning something else?

Did you put the Gemini license in as well?

I am sure I'm missing a gemini license being installed. I checked in my e-mail, download zip file and in the response I got from www.geminiplatform.com/license and it appears it's just for sentry. I don't see any license key for gemini in anything I have.

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious.

ANSWER

Found it. Our spam filter was blocking one e-mail with the Gemini license in it but not the e-mail with the sentry license.

I've instructed our spam admin to whitelist countersoft.com... :)
