Items grid graphical refresh bug
Hello everyone, it seems we are experiencing few issues with both Gemini Desktop and the Visual Studio Addon. As you can see in the attached screenshot it's most likely impossible to use them because items list doesn't show up properly.
It seems to be a graphical refresh issue on grid items but I don't really get a clue on how to fix this.
The problem is experienced on different clients, all using Win7 (build 7601, SP1) with latest service packs and all version of dotnet framework installed. We all are software developers and we use to keep the system up to date.
Thanks in advance for you attention and any further suggestion which may help us

Do you get this after you log on / app starts? What happens if you change the filter? Which version of Gemini are you running? |

Hi Mark, it always happens. I've already tried to change filters and refresh but nothing changes. Also if filters returns many rows, most of them don't show up at all. We are running the latest Gemini release (updated last Saturday) and same about addons. No errors are listed on app logfiles. I was thinking about some conflict on net component installed on our gac but we have none out of Infragistics 10.x , 11.x , 2012.1 |

What happens if you customize your grid and remove the image columns? Does it render correctly? |

It's working properly without the image columns, that does the trick! Is there maybe a way to show the issue priority without using an image? |

Yes, you can add the description of these properties instead. However, we cannot seem to reproduce the issue. Can you try it against our site (http://gemini.countersoft.com)? |

@ http://gemini.countersoft.com connected as guest/guest client and Addon are working properly with both text and images. I'm trying to setup a guest account to let you access our gemini app if you want to investigate further on. Thanks :) |

ANSWER
Guys we got the problem, thanks for driving me towards the right direction. We had some custom images for field "Type" (.ico not .png) who caused the rendering problem. Setting the "original" images back solved for us. Again thanks for you time and attention Stefano ··· Thank you for the update. Glad it is all sorted nowMark WingTuesday, June 5, 2012, 11:31:12 AM
