The icons are not displaying properly in IE9, however they are fine in Firefox. Please see attached for screenshots

Can you try and copy the url to the icon and put in the address bar? Does it work? It might be a security issue, did you unblock the zip file before extracting it? |

I cleared firefox's cache (icons must have had them saved prior to upgrading gemini) and now the icons aren't displaying. I can now see text that states 'Bug' and also text under Priority\Severity. if I right click on the word Bug and select 'View image info', it gives me a link to a file 'smallbug.jpg' if I look in the file system for that file, it doesn't exist. I also checked the zip file that I downloaded for the 4.2.1 release here - http://www.geminiplatform.com/downloads/v42/CountersoftGeminiv421.zip - it doesn't exist in that file either. |

You must have had custom images, you will have to copy them from your old Gemini site (images folder) |

I've never installed custom images, I upgraded from 2.2.6 and the icons aren't displaying. I'd have no problems copying those in, however I've never made any modifications of that sort. Is there a script I can run that will reset the images to default? |

You might be able to simply upadte the images in SQL to png from gid or via Administration. |

I don't understand how updating the extensions will solve this. For the time being I've copied the old gemini's images into the 'image' folder and they are now displaying, but I would like to have everything set to default to not encounter this issue again in a future update. |

The images were updated so now the extension is png and not gif. |

ok, so the new 4.2.1 zip file doesn't come with the correct files? |

From what I could tell, it looked like they didn't exist at all, not that they had a different extension. |

No, the 4.2.1 file comes with the new images but your database points to the old ones. Go to the Administration -> Items page and chaneg the extension to png. |

Why wasn't this updated when the patch was run? What SQL table is this in? It would be easier to update behind the scenes |

From the first one i'm looking at 'smallbug.jpg' - smallbug.png doesn't even exist. So changing the extension wouldn't even make a difference. |

Smallbug is not one of the images we ever supplied. |
