Email into ticket problem POP3
I need some help figuring out how to get emails that are send to a specific POP3 mailbox to create those emails into a ticket. the test says "already connected to the server" but no tickets are showing up.
Please advise what I am missing.

It might either be a credentials issue or port problems. Did you try using a wrong password? What error do you get? |

actually when i use a wrong password and click the test button, I still get "already connected to the server" |

recycled thed web app and still no change. what should the scheduler config file have. to confirm, should it have the username & Password for the gemini admin account? |

yes, but that is not the issue you are having. It seems like your server ip / port is wrong. |

Thanks, I finally got it working. It was a setting in my exchange 2010 POP3 setting. I had to change the logon type to plain text under the POP3 properties. |
