Converse not picking up

I have Converse configured to connect to the mailbox via POP. When I test the connection, Converse sends me an email saying "[Gemini] Found 2 Messages. Test SMTP Message" and I see in the yellow log that it sees two messages and downloads the header and then disconnects without picking them up.

Settings:

POP3

POP Server Port: 995

Authentication: AUTO

Mailbox SSL: Yes

Delete Messages: Yes

Reply: Notify

Use Sender as Reporter: Yes

Did you install and configured the scheduler service (4.2.1)? If so, can you check event viewer (application log) for errors?

yes. I am running 4.2.1 and have restarted that service to no avail. I have checked the event viewer and don't see anything that means anything to me. Several entries about the service running.

Do you have a valid license in the Converse -> Licensing page?

Ah ha! That is the problem: I see that we are still running the (now expired) trial license key. We submitted a payment (check) back in early April and I don't see that we ever received our production license key. How do I follow-up on getting that?
