Hello There,

Can you please guide if we can setup our Gemini system to be able to auto create ticket and do the auto reply to requester when they send email to our support personnel. Please advise and let me know if you need more information.

We do have the Global with SMTP and Mailbox. Would that be the same?

Similar, but will not support IMAP, replies as comments or templates per mailbox.
