I tried to search some information about the mailbox setting, but I didn't find anything in the Docs and FAQ website part.

I'd to find information about the following item and values 1. Reply: None / Acknowledge / Notify - what is the different between Ackn. and notify 2. Subject like regular expression - how to add a right regular expression 3. Subject not like regular expression - same as 2. 4. Mailbox debug mode - what happens I choose YES

And I'd like ask what type of connection is the above 4 points and the Help Desk User Group, Help Desk Welcome Caption and Help Desk Welcome Message item on the Security - General administration subsite.

The helpdesk user group will only see the items / item pages. They will not be able to see any other page in Gemini. When they first login they will be directed to the items page where they will see the helpdesk message.
