Converse - Reply setting
Converse allows you to set the reply type (notification) that clients (emailers) can receive when sending an email to the support mailbox:
- None - Do not send any reply back to the client.
- Acknowledge - Send an "item created" email to the client.
- Notify - Send an "item created" and any item updates alerts to the client.
You can also customize these alerts per mailbox.
