In Version 3.7.3, I cannot remove some fields

We are customizing the visibility screen and I am getting fields I do not want to show at this time. A majority of them are standard fields but I do no have them associated with the scheme. How do I get them to go away? Field examples:

% Completed Visibility Start Date Due Date Versions Affected

Did you change the field visibility scheme to not show these fields? Rememebr the scheme is taken from the issue type and not the project.
