Receiving multiple (exact) email alerts

I am seeing problem with multiple (exact same) email alerts to me and other users. It doesn't happen with all issues, but happens with multiple different projects/issues. Every time it happens, i see this error in application event log:

Which version of Gemini and scheduler? What is the interval set to in the Administration -> Notifications page?

Internal is 1 minute. It's specified on Administration -> SMTP Configuration page (no interval found on Notifications page).

Gemini version 3.1.0 Gemini Scheduler version 3.1.0.2179

Set it to 5 minutes, it should solve your issues or upgrade to 4.2.1.
