Gemini crashed

database

Our Gemini just crashed.

Looking at application logs, I see this warning logged. (I x'd out any personal data.)

Any clues?

I also see another message which says:

Exception information: Exception type: SqlException Exception message: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

It has now comeback, but I still don't know what caused this error. Also, when I open the Gemini page there is a little error that pops up that specifies that there was an error and the Gemini Administrator was notified (I would attach a screenshot, but I don't see an option for attaching a file).

Being the Gemini Administrator, I have not received any alerts. Who and how is this notification made?

It is back down again! It seems that the app is not stable now. What do you advise?!!!

ANSWER

Seems like an idexing issue on your Gemini database. Try running alter index all on gemini_users

That seems to have worked.

Thanks Saar
