We would like to be able to display the user activity by date (in a calendar format if possible). We have also added a custom field to show the customer account the task is for, we would like to be able to see this. This would enable us to better plan work loads.

I would go to the Items page and filter by what you need to.

I would then ensure that the Custom Field is displayed in the grid (click Customize, bottom left of grid).

Then export to Excel and do what you need to do?
