I'd like to ask is it possible to change the item sequence in the hiearchy? Sometimes will be good to change, because if I add a new item, its automatically appears at the end of the hierarchy but logically not is the good item order.

I think the order of the items is depends on the item ID now, and it's an ascendant order.
