Migrating data to a hosted Gemini system

Hi, We have our source database that has the old Gemini data on it. Question is, how do we migrate it to our new Gemini system if it is a hosted environment. Do you provide direct access to the database?

We do all the work for you on our hosted envvironment. Simply send us your database backup (support at countersoft dot com) and we will do the upgrade etc...

Our backup size is approximately 2GB. Not sure if we can send this via email. By the way, our database is SQL Server 2008 R2

Hi,

We are still working on opening the ports for ftp. Another question is would the Issue ID from the old Gemini system still be the same once migrated to the Gemini hosted environment?
