I've this additional informations on my issue.

If I search my issue with custom field "Prodotto" set to "OpenManager", the issue is not searched.

This is the definition of my custom field "Prodotto":

I can not see the custom field definiton, is it a textbox? If so you will have to search for exact text.

Are you referring to the fact that when multiple values are selected and searching for one of them you get nothing back?
