a different object with the same identifier error on save issue workflow

I've created a new gemini3 db.

I've modify workflow scheme name and description to "Default". After press "Save" button this error is catched:

"a different object with the same identifier value was already associated with the session: 1, of class: CounterSoft.Gemini.Commons.ProjectEN" OK
