Not sending acknowledgement emails
I have installed Gemini (v4.1.0 (build 3106) ) and the scheduler service (Latest from downloads - Oct 11) and all appears to be working well. It processes emails sent to a POP3 box and adds the issue etc.
But I do not receive email acknowledgement replies even though the mailbox processor is set to send them.
If I test the Global > SMTP settings it sends me a test email and I receive it not problem.
Any suggestions?

Do you get any email notifications from Gemini? Can you please check the windows application log for errors? |

Can you please check the contents of the gemini_issuealerts table? How many rows? |

It is probably due to large backlog of email alerts. I suggest you truncate the table (gemini_issuealerts) as the old alerts are not relevant anymore. |

Ok I have emptied that table –but they are not coming through. How can I tell if replies are even being generated? Thanks for your assistance so far, Regards Peter |
