Not sending acknowledgement emails

emails
scheduler

I have installed Gemini (v4.1.0 (build 3106) ) and the scheduler service (Latest from downloads - Oct 11) and all appears to be working well. It processes emails sent to a POP3 box and adds the issue etc.

But I do not receive email acknowledgement replies even though the mailbox processor is set to send them.

If I test the Global > SMTP settings it sends me a test email and I receive it not problem.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for any help you can give

Peter

Do you get any email notifications from Gemini? Can you please check the windows application log for errors?

Can you please check the contents of the gemini_issuealerts table? How many rows?

Hi Saar,

there are 37,898 rows.

Is this significant?

Regards

Peter

It is probably due to large backlog of email alerts. I suggest you truncate the table (gemini_issuealerts) as the old alerts are not relevant anymore.

Ok I have emptied that table –but they are not coming through.

How can I tell if replies are even being generated?

Thanks for your assistance so far,

Regards

Peter
