Unable to change issue status
I have an issue with users being unable to change status for particular issues. The options appear in the dropdown list but are greyed out(for me as admin as well). I've checked everything I know to check - security is fine, field visibility is fine, the workflow allows for status changes.
The issue is a child issue in a package in which the parent issue has been closed. My first thought was that since the parent issue was closed, this might be the reason a status change was not allowed. However, it looks as if status changes have taken place on other sub issues since the parent issue was closed. Please Advise.
