Error when creating PDFs

When creating PDFs for the following error is returned:

Could not render the url. Could not get image from url.The URL is not accessible. Still having problems with this. After following the steps in the above thread I now get the PDF but it has none of the images. The images are in the temp directory but not on the PDF.

Unfortunately, PDF will not render images with windows authentication, we are looking to fix this in Gemini 5 (Feb 2012).
