Email alerts not received by a user

The user is registered, is set to received ALL emails, where they are the reporter. I have created a test issue, then made some comments on this, and I get the emails, but the customer does not receive anything.

How can I find out what is causing the problem. Is there a notification log I can check at all?

Unfortunately we don't have a notifications log yet. What are you using as the alerts engine (scheduler or mail plugin)? it might be that the alert is being blocked by a spam filter for the user. Did you try creating a new user with the same permissions and settings to test?

It is using the scheduler. I have checked the spam logs, as that was my initial thought. It seems that neither sophos nor exchange message tracking can show any inbound emails. Is the IssueAlerts table the right place to look to see if an alert is being generated for that user?

You need to execute the gemini_getusersforissuealert stored procedure passing in the project and issue ids. It will return all users for the alert.

After that it filters by visibility.
