Is there any way i can use HTML mailto expression the from email address, we have a complex gemini admin email ID with special character like &

Basically we have been provided by our company (very large company) very cryptic email ID, we are trying to mask it with a simple email ID which routes it (on click) to the cryptic email ID (using HTML tags).
