Email notifications not being sent
Hi there-
Email notifications aren't being sent from the Scheduler Service. I've verified that they are accumulating in the gemini_issueAlerts table and are being processed by watching the database in SQL profiler. Every few minutes they are picked up and then deleted. The strange thing is that they seem to be disappearing after that. There is no record in my SMTP logs indicating that they were received and queued up.
If I do a test email from Gemini, everything works correctly and I see it received and sent immediately in the SMTP logs.
I've verified that all check boxes are checked for notifications, that the engine is set to the Scheduler Service and my profile has alerts enabled as well.
Also, when set to MailPlugin for the alert engine I get the same result, no emails and nothing in the SMTP logs.
Here's what I get in the Application log when I have Debug mode set to Yes: 1) 1 issue alerts found. 2) 1 unique issue alerts identified. 3) Total email alerts sent successfully: 0 4) Total email alerts sent unsuccessfully: 0 5) Terminating 6) Terminating
From that it appears that the scheduler is eating them. No errors in either the application or system log. Server is Win 2003, Gemini version is 4.0
