"Root element is missing." when consuming .GetMyWork()
This is only happening for me when trying to get MyWork through the WS. For others in the office using the application the call is going off without a hitch, and was working for me only a few hours ago. I suppose this means there is bad data in one of the tickets I control?

That shouldn't cause this error. Is it possible to send us a zipped backup of your database (support at countersoft dot com)? |

Our DBA has already left for the day. I will shoot him an email and hopefully have it for you in the AM tomorrow. |

We are having some issues finding a secure way to send this as it is rather large. Are there any other options for figuring out what this could be? |

Are you using windows authentication? Does this issue occur only for you? If so, did you try on another machine? |

Yes we are using Windows Authentication, It appears to be only happening to me, however that is only out of 3 developers currently using this app. I just tried it from another computer and its working fine from there. Now i'm really confused :P |

Ok, can you please try upgrading your app to use the webservices dll from 3.6.4 (no need to upgrade the web app)? |

I am now using 3.6.4.2630 and still get the exception. |

Are you able to use Fiddler on that machine to see the response from Gemini? |

It appears to be sending a 401 error back, if i understand what i am looking at. This is my first use of Fiddler You are not authorized to view this page BODY { font: 8pt/12pt verdana } H1 { font: 13pt/15pt verdana } H2 { font: 8pt/12pt verdana } A:link { color: red } A:visited { color: maroon } You are not authorized to view this pageYou do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied because your Web browser is sending a WWW-Authenticate header field that the Web server is not configured to accept. Please try and give permissions on the api directory (under the Gemini site) to your user. |

I have added the permissions for full control for my user for the entire site. No API calls are working now from this machine. I am going to have someone else log onto this machine with their domain creds and see if it happens for them as well |

Calls worked as expected for him. |

This must be a permission issue on the Gemini folder (api folder probably). |
